It appears as though a third bout between UFC heavyweight champ Cain Velasquez and Junior dos Santos is inevitable, as both men scored stoppage wins tonight at UFC 160 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Velasquez floored Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva with a right cross early into their main event tilt, and after landing several more punches from above, the fight was brought to a halt. Silva, who was attempting to protect himself from the barrage when the bout was called,  protested the stoppage immediately following the fight.

As expected, dos Santos and Hunt spent the vast majority of their co-main event standing, and the former champ outscored Hunt throughout much of the bout. In round three, dos Santos dropped Hunt with a highlight reel, spinning wheel kick, and finished the K-1 vet off with a follow up punch.

Here are the results from tonight’s UFC 160 card, which was hosted by the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
