UFC 166: Matt Grice Fighting Jeremy Larsen

Matt Grice

By FCF Staff

A featherweight bout between Matt Grice and Jeremy Larsen is the latest addition to UFC 166, which will be hosted by Houston’s Toyota Center on October 19th. The UFC has announced the bout via the company’s official Twitter feed.

Grice (15-5) is coming off a thrilling and tightly contested split decision loss to Dennis Bermudez at UFC 157 in February, after scoring a UD win over Leonard Garcia at a UFC on FX card last June. The former lightweight is 3-2 in his last five bouts.

Larsen (8-4) will also be looking to get back on the winning track, as the TUF 15 vet has dropped back-to-back bouts to Joe Proctor and Lucas Martins.

UFC 166 will be headlined by a heavyweight bout between Cain Velasquez and Junior dos Santos, and will also feature a fight between heavyweight contenders Daniel Cormier and Roy Nelson.
