Although Glover Teixeira has gone undefeated in five UFC bouts to date, and is riding an awe inspiring 20 fight win streak, he’ll be the consensus underdog when he faces Jon Jones at UFC 172. So how does Teixeira plan on ending the light-heavyweight champ’s reign? Which dates back now to 2011?

On the latest episode of “UFC Tonight”, here is some of what Teixeira had to say about the strategy he plans to employ at UFC 172.

“I’ll keep it aggressive. I’ll keep the pressure on. I’ve got good wrestling. I’m confident in my power,” said Teixeira. “I know if I touch him a couple of times he’s going to go down.”

After Jones’ memorable, decision win over Alexander Gustafsson in September the champion elected to fight Teixeira next, rather than rematch “The Mauler.” When asked if Jones will regret that decision, Teixeira reportedly stated “Yes he will.”

UFC 172 will be hosted by the Baltimore Arena and the main card will be available via pay-per-view.
