UFC 181: Robbie Lawler Grinds Out Razor Thin, Championship Win

Robbie Lawler came back from being outscored and outwrestled by Johny Hendricks tonight at UFC 181, to score a razor thin, split decision win.

Lawler came out firing to begin the fight, but Hendricks weathered the storm, and outscored the challenger in rounds two and three. After a competitive round four, Lawler battered and bloodied Hendricks in round five, and was awarded the decision win.

In the co-main-event, Anthony Pettis caught a very game, Gilbert Melendez with a guillotine choke in round two, and retained the lightweight title in the process.
