UFC 184: Ronda Rousey Rolls Through Cat Zingano in 14 Seconds
By FCF Staff
Many observers believed Cat Zingano would be Ronda Rousey’s toughest test to date, but the bantamweight champ needed just 14 seconds at UFC 184 to extend her storied reign.
Zingano came out charging at Rousey, and after throwing a knee, the two spilled to the ground. Rousey quickly rolled into the top position, and from there, worked her way into a straight armbar from above. Zingano was forced to tap out to the painful looking hold.
After the fight, Rousey mentioned Bethe Correia and Holly Holm as women she’d like to meet next. The latter defeated Raquel Pennington in the co-headliner via split decision.
