UFC 185: Johny Hendricks Reporting His Weight is The Lowest It’s Been “This Close to a Fight”

Johny Hendricks

By FCF Staff

After Johny Hendricks lost the UFC’s welterweight title in December, he vowed to keep his weigh in check in between fights, and it looks like the former champ has done just that.

Hendricks is scheduled to fight fellow contender, Matt Brown, this Saturday at UFC 185, which will take place in Dallas.

The decorated wrestler was decisioned by champion Robbie Lawler at UFC 181 in December, and following the defeat, Hendricks cited a bad weight cut as a contributing factor. As a result, the 31 year-old pledged to stay in shape, and keep more weight off, before he was booked to fight again.

Well, recently Hendricks posted the following picture and comment at Sqor.com:

UFC 185 will be headlined by a lightweight fight between champion Anthony Pettis and top contender, Rafael dos Anjos.
