Rafael dos Anjos worked his way to a clear cut, unanimous decision win over Anthony Pettis at UFC 185, and not surprisingly, he earned a bonus for his performance.

After the card, the UFC confirmed that the new lightweight champion earned a “Performance of the Night” and an extra $50,000 for the victory.

Other “POTN” bonuses went to Joanna Jedrzejczyk, Ross Pearson and Beneil Dariush.

Jedrzejczyk earned hers for stopping Carla Esparza in the second round, which also saw the undefeated fighter secure the strawweight championship.

Pearson, meanwhile, stopped fellow lightweight vet Sam Stout in round two, and Dariush submitted lightweight Daron Cruickshank with a second round, rear-naked-choke.

UFC 185 took place in Dallas, Texas.
