Demetrious Johnson retained the flyweight championship tonight at UFC 186, and the renowned fighter picked up an extra $50,000 for doing so.

Johnson received a “Performance of the Night”, and $50K, for tapping out Kyoji Horiguchi with an armbar at the 4:59 mark of round five.

The other “POTN” went to Thomas Almeida, who stopped bantamweight Yves Jabouin in the opening round with a flurry of strikes.

“Fight of the Night”, and $50 grand each, went to lightweights Chad Laprise and Bryan Barberena. Laprise won the thrilling fight via unanimous decision.

UFC 186 was hosted by the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec.
