On Monday, Brock Lesnar announced he’s going to fight Mark Hunt at UFC 200, and after doing so, he offered a quick breakdown of the match-up.

During UFC 199 on Saturday, the promotion announced that Lesnar will compete at its July 9th card in Las Vegas. Lesnar appeared on ESPN’s SportsCenter this morning, and confirmed he’ll take on the vaunted striker, Hunt. When asked by host Hannah Storm how he matches up against the heavyweight, the former champ stated:

“I’m a grappler at heart and he’s a heavy hitter. I think that’s what people want to see…I think I match-up very well. If Mark Hunt ends up on the ground the fight’s over. Obviously I need to work on my stand-up game, but I’m excited and enthusiastic of doing so.”

Lesnar also told Storm that he couldn’t “live” with his decision to retire from MMA, since he believes his battle with diverticulitis was why he was defeated in the Octagon. Lesnar hasn’t fought since 2011 when he was stopped by Alistair Overeem.
