UFC 267 Weigh-in Results: Title Fights Official, One Bout Canceled
By FCF Staff
The fighters have hit the scales, in advance of UFC 267, and one of the scheduled bouts has been canceled.
The light heavyweight and interim bantamweight title fights are proceeding, as Jan Blachowicz, Glover Teixeira, Petr Yan and Cory Sandhagen all made weight for their respective bouts.
Damir Ismagulov came in way over for a lightweight fight with Magomed Mustafaev, and the fight’s been canceled as a result.
Khamzat Chimaev reportedly needed multiple attempts to make 171 pounds for a fight with Li Jingliang. On his second, it was announced that Chimaev, who was holding the towel, weighed 166 pounds. It was decided that a scale malfunction had occurred, however, and Chimaev was asked to weigh in again.
On his third attempt, Chimaev made weight, without holding the towel.
