UFC President Dana White doesn’t typically award bonuses to fighters who miss weight, but Geoff Neal earned an exception at UFC 285.

Neal, who missed weight by four pounds on Friday, battled rising welterweight Shavkat Rakhmonov. The latter won the thrilling fight via a third-round, standing, rear-naked choke. After the event, White announced that the bout received “Fight of the Night” honors, and each fighter collected an additional $50,000.

Three fighters picked up “Performance of the Night” bonuses, and an additional $50K, respectively.

Jon Jones was awarded a bonus for his quick, submission win over Ciryl Gane, which delivered him the heavyweight title. Alexa Grasso also was awarded a bonus, for her upset, submission win over now-former flyweight champ, Valentina Shevchenko.

Decorated wrestler and middleweight Bo Nickal was also given a bonus, following his first-round, tap out of Jamie Pickett.

UFC 285 took place in Las Vegas, Nevada.
