Sean O’Malley recorded a significant upset at UFC 292 on Saturday, by stopping Aljamain Sterling in the second round to win the bantamweight title.

As Sterling charged in, O’Malley dropped him with a perfectly timed right-hand and then prompted the stoppage with follow-up punches.

In the card’s other title fight, women’s strawweight champ Zhang Weili cruised to a unanimous decision win over Amanda Lemos.
