UFC Busan: Frankie Edgar Comments on First Round Loss to Chan Sung Jung

Following Frankie Edgar’s loss to Chan Sung Jung at UFC Busan, the former lightweight champ has shared out a statement.
Edgar faced Jung in the card’s main event, and was stopped by “The Korean Zombie” in the first round with strikes. Since then, the New Jersey fighter has shared out the statement below:
Well not what I had planned coming out here to South Korea, but win like a man and lose like one too. Hats off to the @KoreanZombie on a great performance. I think it may be time to cut this damn hair. Thank you to my family, team, and fans for the love and support. #Fe

Edgar was originally scheduled to make his bantamweight debut against Cory Sandhagen on January 25th. But, when Jung’s original opponent, Brian Ortega went down with a knee injury, Edgar agreed to step in.
