Despite a strong start from Martin Kampmann at UFC Fight Night 27 tonight in Indianapolis, Carlos Condit came back to score an impressive, fourth round stoppage win over the welterweight contender.

Kampmann came out aggressively in the opening round and scored several takedowns, but Condit weathered the storm and began picking apart the veteran with strikes. By round four, Kampmann was bruised and bloodied, and after Condit stunned him with a left hook, the former interim champ finished the fight with a flurry of punches and knees.

With the win, Condit avenged a 2009 split decision loss he suffered versus Kampmann at Fight Night 18.
