In a year that has been filled with thrilling fights, Mark Hunt and Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva added to the memorable campaign, by engaging in one of the UFC’s most thrilling heavyweight bouts ever.

After the brutal and bloody slugfest came to an end, two of the judges called it 47-47, while one gave it to Hunt 48-47 to make the five round fight a majority draw.

In the co-main-event, “Shogun” Rua got back on track in dramatic fashion, by knocking out James Te Huna with a punishing left hook in the opening round.
