Donald Cerrone made it clear he’s eager to get back into the cage, after submitting Edson Barboza at UFC on FOX 11, and the promotion has booked him to fight Jim Miller, July 16th.

The lightweight bout will headline UFC Fight Night 45, which will be hosted by the Revel Casino Hotel in Atlantic City.

News of the fight was reported by Press of Atlantic City.com and the UFC retweeted the story.

Miller (24-4) choked out Yancy Medeiros with a first round, guillotine choke at UFC 172, and called for a fight with a top contender next. The New Jersey fighter is currently ranked #9 in the UFC’s 155 division, while Cerrone is #7.

Miller is 3-1, with 1 no contest, in his last 5 bouts.

Cerrone (23-6), meanwhile, has gone 4-1 in his last 5 scraps. The only man to defeat the New Mexico lightweight during that time is Rafael dos Anjos.
