UFC Fight Night 54 has undergone a last minute change, as the promotion has announced that flyweight Chris Kelades has agreed to replace the ill Louis Gaudinot on just a few days notice.

Kelades will take on Patrick Holohan at the October 4th event, which will be hosted by the Halifax Forum in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Holohan (10-0-1) is coming off a first round, submission victory over Josh Sampo in July, which marked the Irish fighter’s UFC debut.

Kelades (7-1), who hails from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, earned a decision win over Adrian Woolley in his last outing, while fighting for Extreme Cage Combat in July.

UFC FN 54 will be headlined by a welterweight fight between Rory MacDonald and fellow contender Tarec Saffiedine.
