UFC FN 61: Frank Mir, Sam Alvey, Matt Dwyer and Marion Reneau Score Bonuses

Frank Mir, Sam Alvey, Matt Dwyer and Marion Reneau will leave Porto Alegre, Brazil, having picked up $50,000 more than they were contractually obligated to receive.
The four fighters picked up “Performance of the Night” bonuses and an extra $50K at UFC FN 61, which was hosted by the city’s Gigantinho Gymnasium.
Mir quickly knocked out heavyweight “Bigfoot” Silva in the main event, while Alvey KO’d middleweight Cezar Ferreira in the opening frame.
Welterweight Matt Dwyer floored William Macario with a “Superman” punch, and Marion Reneau tapped bantamweight Jessica Andrade with a triangle-choke.
