UFC FN 76: Dustin Poirier Planning “One of my Most Complete Performances” Against Joe Duffy

Dustin Poirier

By FCF Staff

Dustin Poirier has been tasked with halting the rise of Joseph Duffy at UFC Fight Night 76, and “The Diamond” believes he’s more than ready to do so.

Poirier will take on Duffy on October 24th, following his victories over Carlos Diego Ferreira and Yancy Medeiros. The victories came after Poirier elected to move to the lightweight division, following his loss to featherweight Conor McGregor last fall.

In Duffy, Poirier will take on a man who has scored finish wins over Jake Lindsey and Ivan Jorge since he arrived in the UFC.

Recently the American spoke to UFC.com about his upcoming bout with Duffy, and while doing so, Poirier stated this:

“Duffy’s a pressure fighter. I can’t let him bully me around,” Poirier said about Dufy, who has also competed as a professional boxer. “I’ve been working a lot on my boxing and wrestling and feel like this will be one my most complete performances.”

UFC FN 76 will take place at the 3 Arena in Dublin, Ireland.
