Vitor Belfort returned to the win column at UFC Fight Night 77 in memorable fashion, and the renowned fighter picked up a “Performance of the Night” bonus for doing so.

Belfort stunned Dan Henderson early on into their rubber match with a head kick, and finished the fight with follow up punches. “The Phenom” earned an extra $50,000 for the award.

Thomas Almeida picked up a “POTN” bonus as well, as he floored Anthony Birchak with a vicious right hand for the KO win. Alex Oliveira did the same thing to Piotr Hallman, and also earned a “POTN” award.

The other bonus went to Thiago Tavares, who caught Clay Guida with a nicely executed, guillotine choke in the opening round.

UFC FN 77 took place in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
