Here are the results from UFC Jacksonsville, which saw perennial light-heavyweight contender Glover Teixeira stop Anthony Smith.

Early on, Smith was faster to the punch and bested Teixeira in many of the exchanges. But, the rugged vet kept coming forward and as the fight wore on, Teixeira started to land punishing shots of his own.

After battering Smith in round four, the bout was stopped in the fifth round, as Teixeira landed a series of punches from the top position.
