In the wake of losing a welterweight scrap between Pascal Kraus and Adam Khaliev for UFC on FOX 10, the promotion has announced that Mike Rhodes will battle fellow newcomer, George Sullivan at the January 25th card. The upcoming event will be hosted by Chicago’s United Center.

Sullivan (14-3) is a Team Pellegrino fighter who is currently riding a six fight win streak and is the Cage Fury Fighting Championship welterweight champ.

Rhodes (6-1), on the other hand, is a Roufusport fighter and is coming off consecutive wins while fighting for Resurrection Fighting Alliance. The only man to defeat the welterweight to date is UFC vet Brandon Thatch.

UFC on FOX 10 will be headlined by a lightweight fight between former champ Benson Henderson and Josh Thomson.
