The UFC has announced the headlining bout for its next FOX card, as flyweight champ Demetrious Johnson will take on Wilson Reis. In addition, the promotion’s confirmed that “Jacare” Souza will battle fellow middleweight contender, Robert Whittaker.

Johnson (25-2-1) will be looking to tie Anderson Silva’s title defense record of 10 at the event, which will take place on April 15th in Kansas City Missouri. The renowned fighter is coming off a decision win over Tim Elliott in December. Reis (22-6), meanwhile, scored a decision win over Yuta Sasaki last month.

Souza (24-4) also competed in February, and he submitted Tim Boetsch in the opening round. Whittaker (17-4) is coming off a first round, stoppage win over Derek Brunson in November.

UFC on FOX 24 will be hosted by the Sprint Center.
