In the wake of Matt Brown’s withdrawal from UFC on FOX 29, Alex Oliveira has reportedly agreed to fight Carlos Condit at the upcoming, April 14th card.

Brown was scheduled to face Condit at the Glendale event, but recently the welterweight announced he’s torn his ACL, and can no longer compete. Combate is reporting that Oliveira has agreed to the short notice bout with Condit, and MMA Junkie has confirmed that the match-up has been agreed on.

Oliveira (17-5-1) was stopped by Yancy Medeiros in his last outing, which snapped a five fight, undefeated streak.

Condit (30-11) lost via unanimous decision to Neil Magny in his most recent bout, and has dropped three straight.

A lightweight bout between Justin Gaethje and Dustin Poirier will headline UFC on FOX 29.
