UFC on FUEL TV 4: Chris Weidman Dominates Mark Munoz, Calls Out Anderson Silva

If fans were wondering who should challenge UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva next, Chris Weidman did his best tongiht to insert his name in the mix, as the rising star dominated Mark Munoz at UFC on FUEL TV 4.

From the start of the bout, Weidman had Munoz in trouble, as the rising star immediately took the experienced wrestler to the ground and began hunting for submissions. Although Munoz nicely defended the attacks, he spent nearly the entire round on the defensive.

Shortly into round two, Weidman caught Munoz with a beautifully time elbow as the Reign MMA fighter waded in, and quickly finished the bloodied fighter off with follow up punches.

Afterwards, Weidman credited Silva for his abilities, but relayed that he believes he could give the renowned fighter a run for his money.
