The UFC’s second card to be broadcast on ESPN didn’t sent any records for the promotion, but UFC Phoenix pulled strong ratings for the sports network.

Last Sunday’s card was headlined by a bout between former heavyweight champ Cain Velasquez and fellow contender, Francis Ngannou. According to a report from MMA Fighting’s Dave Meltzer, the event averaged 1,463,000 viewers.

The ratings likely would have been higher, if the main event didn’t end in 26 seconds, as a result of Ngannou’s quick stoppage victory. Sunday’s event was also up against the NBA All-Star Game broadcast.

The prelims for UFC Phoenix reportedly averaged 988,000 viewers.
