UFC Reaches $335 Million Dollar Settlement in Antitrust Lawsuits
By FCF Staff
The UFC has reached a multi-million dollar settlement that will bring two antitrust lawsuits that were brought against the promotion to a close.
The suits, which alleged the UFC is an illegal monopoly or monopsony that has sought to limit fighter compensation, initially sought between $800 million and $1.6 billion in damages. On Wednesday, the UFC confirmed that the promotion’s parent company, TKO Holdings, has reached a settlement for $335 million.
The Mixed Martial Arts Fighters Association also shared out the post below via X.
We are pleased with the settlement and will disclose more when we file with the Court in 45-60 days.
