UFC Vegas 70 Results: Brendan Allen Submits Andre Muniz in New Headliner
By FCF Staff
Brendan Allen recorded an impressive win over Andre Muniz at UFC Vegas 70, in a bout that was unexpectedly moved into the headliner spot, just hours earlier.
UFC Vegas 70 was originally scheduled to feature Ryan Spann taking on fellow light-heavyweight contender, Nikita Krylov in the main event. But, the latter fell ill and was not cleared to fight late on Saturday.
Allen, who was the betting underdog heading into the bout, proceeded to submit the rising middleweight contender out with a third-round, rear-naked-choke.
