The 2014 ESPYS will be held on July 16th next month, and UFC champions Jon Jones, Chris Weidman and Ronda Rousey have been nominated for awards.

ESPN has announced that UFC light-heavyweight champ Jon Jones and bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey are up for “Best Fighter”, as are boxers Andre Ward, Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather.

Rousey, however, has also been been nominated for “Best Female Athlete”, alongside basketball players Maya Moore, Breanna Stewart and alpine skier Mikaela Shiffrin.

Middleweight champion Chris Weidman has been nominated for “Best Upset”, on account of his shocking, KO victory over Anderson Silva at UFC 162 in July.
