UFC’s Lorenzo Fertitta Says Promotion Will Generate Around $600 Million in Revenue This Year

Due to the rise of stars like Ronda Rousey and Conor McGregor, many observers believe the UFC had a lucrative year, and the promotion’s Lorenzo Fertitta is reporting that’s the case.
Fertitta, who is one of the promotions owners and the UFC’s CEO, recently spoke with CNN Money. During the segment Fertitta claimed that the promotion’s revenue will be “around” $600 million, which would be a record for the UFC.
Since the UFC is a privately held company, they are not obligated to disclose earnings to the public. Ferititta also confirmed that pay-per-view sales continues to to the UFC’s leading income stream.
