UFC’s Sara McMann Calls for Bout With Miesha Tate
By FCF Staff
Following Miesha Tate’s decision win over Rin Nakai at UFC Fight Night 52, the #2 ranked bantamweight has been called out by her fellow contender, Sara McMann.
The decorated wrestler, and #3 ranked bantamweight, relayed her wish via Twitter by posting:
Hey @ufc, I'd like to fight @MieshaTate since she just beat an undefeated fighter Rin Nakai.

Nakai had gone undefeated in 17 pro bouts before facing Tate (15-5), who was coming off a decision victory over Liz Carmouche.
McMann (8-1), meanwhile, worked her way to a tightly contested, split decision victory over Lauren Murphy last month.
The win returned McMann to the win column, after she was quickly stopped by champion Ronda Rousey in February.
