Cat Zingano Takes Out Miesha Tate to Join TUF 18

Here are the results from tonight’s TUF 17 Finale in Las Vegas, Nevada, which saw perennial contender Urijah Faber tapout resilient bantamweight Scott Jorgensen with a fourth round, rear-naked-choke.

In the finals of the seventeenth season of “The Ultimate Fighter”, Kelvin Gastelum worked his way to a split decision win over the heavy favorite and feared striker Uriah Hall.

There will be no rematch between Miesha Tate and women’s champ Ronda Rousey following TUF 18, as Cat Zingano put Tate away tonight with a series of strikes in round three. As a result, it will be Zingano who will coach opposite Rousey in the next season of TUF, and will fight the renowned fighter after the season concludes.
