M-1 GLOBAL NOTEBOOK

WKG & M-1 Challenge 100 is the anniversary show and the first show of 2019.
20 fighters represent 9 different nations: China, Russia, USA, Brazil, Georgia, Cuba, Greece, Ukraine and Poland.
Alexander Butenko (46-14-3) is the most experienced fighter of this show, it’s going to be his 64th pro fight. He is also the former lightweight champion.
Lightweight champion Roman Bogatov defends his title for the first time.
Lightweight challenger Michel Silva is the tallest lightweight in M-1 Global. He is 6′ 2”.
Edward “The Ninja” Massey and Yoislandy Izquierdo both won their M-1 debuts by head kick knockouts in the first round. Massey needed 18 seconds, Izquierdo 36 seconds.
American featherweight Daniel Swain headlined the show in China last year, but he will open the undercard this time.
