Bellator officially announced that Yoel Romero will be making his return to the Bellator cage against Melvin Manhoef on May 6th at their Paris event. Bout will be contested at light heavyweight(205lbs). Location will be the Accor Arena in Paris, France.

This will be Yoel Romero’s second bout inside the Bellator cage after losing his debut against Phil Davis via unanimous decision at Bellator 266 last September.

Melvin Manhoef is also looking to get back on track after losing his bout against Corey Anderson at Bellator 251 in November of 2020.

Bellator Paris will be main evented by the heavyweight title bout between Ryan Bader and Cheick Kongo.
