ONE FC has confirmed several more bouts for the promotion’s April 5th, “Kings & Champions” event in Singapore, which will feature lightweight champion Kotetsu Boku taking on Shinya Aoki in the main event.

One of the latest additions to the card will see bantamweight and experienced wrestler Yusup Saadulaev (9-2-1) take on decorated grappler Leandro Issa (10-3).

Saadulaev is coming off a first round stoppage loss to Kevin Belingon while Issa was TKO’d by Soo Chul Kim at the same ONE FC event in October.

Other bouts that have been confirmed for the event include NCAA Division I wrestler Jake Butler (1-0) vs. Nuur Muhammad (0-0), Ronald Low (1-0) vs. Chen Yun Ting (0-0), Wushu world champion Rene Catalan (0-0) vs.  Alex Silva (1-1), and Bashir Ahmad (0-0) vs. Shannon Wiratchai (2-0).

“ONE FC will make history again on 5 April when we go live on STAR Sports for the first time across 28 countries to an estimated 500 million viewers,” ONE FC CEO Victor Cui was quoted saying in a press release from the promotion. “This is a huge step in the progress of ONE FC and is a testament to our ever-increasing following all across Asia. This event will be the biggest in ONE FC history and features the top names in MMA, headlined by a Lightweight World Championship showdown between submission ace Shinya Aoki and our reigning Lightweight World Champion Kotetsu Boku. The five fights added today feature Asia’s top fighters ensuring that this fight card is filled with exciting fights from the top to bottom. Close to 12,000 fans will pack the Singapore Indoor Stadium, making it the biggest fight card in Asia this year. Don’t miss it!”

The event will be available via online pay-per-view for $9.99 in North America.
