It’s being reported that Benoit Saint Denis has his next fight, as the contender will battle rising lightweight, Maurico Ruffy.

Saint Denis (14-3) snapped a two-fight losing in May by submitting Kyle Prepolec, who was a late replacement for Joel Alvarez. Saint Denis had dropped consecutive fights to Renato Moicano and Dustin Poirier prior to the win.

According to a report from Sexto Round, and a follow-up report from MMA Fighting, Saint Denis and Ruffy will square off at the UFC’s September 6th card in Paris, France.

Ruffy (12-1) is riding a seven-fight winning streak and has gone 3 and 0 in the UFC to date. In his last outing, this past March, he knocked out Bobby “King” Green.

UFC Paris will be headlined by a bout between middleweight contenders Nassourdine Imavov and Caio Borralho.
