Alexander Gustafsson’s “Eager” to Fight Again, Calls Out Corey Anderson
By FCF Staff
After being taken out by Jon Jones at UFC 232 last month, Alexander Gustafsson is hoping to land a quick turn-around fight with Corey Anderson.
Gustafsson faced Jones for the then-vacant 205 title on December 29th and was stopped by the renowned fighter in round three. The bout marked the first time Gustafsson had competed since he took out Glover Teixeira in May, 2017.
Recently the Swedish star directed the comments below to Anderson:
Corey everyone else at the top is taken, I am eager to get right back inside the cage and you just had a good fight with my brother, so I think it’s the perfect time for us to throw down. Let’s dance on the London card March 16th 👊 #ufclondon
Anderson also competed at UFC 232 as he worked his way to a decision win over Gustafsson’s teammate, Ilir Latifi.
