Bellator 138 Weigh-In Results: Ken Shamrock And Kimbo Slice Set For Grudge Match
By FCF Staff
Kimbo Slice and Ken Shamrock have cleared the final hurdle for their main event tomorrow night at Bellator 138, as both men made weight today in St. Louis, Missouri.
The legendary Shamrock weighed in at 204.4 pounds for the bout, while the much heavier Slice, came in at 232. The bout marks the second time Slice and Shamrock have been booked to fight. In 2008, the two were set to meet at an Elite XC event, however, Shamrock incurred a cut shortly before the card and was pulled from the event.
Bellator 138 will also feature featherweight champion Patricio “Pitbull” Freire taking on Daniel Weichel. The latter came in at 144.5 for the bout, and Friere weighed 145.2. Since fighters must be on the mark or under to be eligible for a title, Freire will have to cut the .2 of a pound.
