Bellator has booked two notable bouts for its June 26th event in Mulvane, Kanas, as former featherweight champ Pat Curran will take on Goita Yamauchi, and UFC vet John Alessio will battle lightweight David Rickels.

Bellator 139 will be hosted by the Kansas Star Arena and the main card will be broadcast on SPIKE.

Curran (20-7) is looking to get back on track, as he’s been decisioned by Daniel Weichel and reigning featherweight champ, Patricio Freire, in back-to-back bouts.

Yamauchi (18-2), on the other hand, is coming off wins over Martin Stapleton and Mike Richman. The 22 year-old fighter is 9-1 in his last 10 contests.

Alessio (35-17) hasn’t fought since last May, when he decisioned Eric Wisley at Bellator 119.

Rickels (16-3), meanwhile, decisioned Davis Ramos in his last outing, which took place at Bellator 130 in October.

No other bouts have been announced yet for the upcoming card.
