Bellator Champ Eduardo Dantas KO’d By Tyson Nam at Shooto Brazil 33

Eduardo Dantas competed at Shooto Brazil 33 last night in an effort to stay busy, but the Bellator bantamweight champ ended up getting knocked out by Tyson Nam. The fight, which lasted less than two minutes, took place in Rio de Janeiro.
Dantas (14-3) had not fought since April, when the rising star choked out Zach Makovsky to become Bellator champion. The 23 year-old is expected to defend the title later this year against Marcos Galvao.
Nam (12-4) has now won four straight bouts and the American is 8-2 in his last 10 fights.
