Bellator Returns To Armed Forces Network

Bellator Fighting Championships and The Armed Forces Network have renewed their programming agreement that began in 2010, it was announced by Bellator officials.
The renewed TV deal will deliver live Bellator action to the approximate 1 million service members and their families deployed in 175 countries around the world, that The Armed Forces Network broadcasts to.
Bellator’s sixth season of action will begin at Horseshoe Casino in Hammond, Ind. March 9. In the main event, Joe Warren (7-2) will put his featherweight (145 pounds) title on the line against Pat Curran (16-4).
The winner of each single-elimination, season-long tournament in five different weight classes – bantamweight (135 pounds), featherweight, lightweight (155 pounds), welterweight (170 pounds) and middleweight (185 pounds)- will be awarded $100,000 in total pay and a title shot in the respective weight class.
