Bellator’s Valentin Moldavsky Wins Gold Medal at World Sambo Championships

Bellator heavyweight Valentin Moldavsky has added another accolade to his resume, as the heavyweight fight won a Gold Medal at the World Sambo Championships.
The 28-year-old, Russian fighter won the gold medal in the +100 kg division in Combat Sambo at the World Sambo Championships this past weekend in Novi Sad, Serbia. Moldavsky also won a Gold Medal in the +100 kg division of the Sambo World Championships in 2018.
As far as MMA, Moldavsky (10-1) is coming off a decision win over Roy Nelson at Bellatr 244 this past August. The heavyweight has gone 5-0 with Bellator to date.
