Cain Velasquez arrested on attempted murder charge

According to several reports, Cain Velasquez was arrested on Monday on a attempted murder charge in connection to a shooting in Morgan Hill, California. Velasquez is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday. One man was shot and taken to the hospital with non threatening life injures. The case itself is still under going investigation.
Cain Velasquez’s last UFC bout was against Francis Ngannou, where he lost via first round TKO back in February of 2019. Since 2019, Velasquez has stepped foot into professional wrestling for Lucha Libre in Mexico and WWE in the United States.
