Colby Covington Issues Backhanded Apology, Following Controversial Statements

After calling UFC Fight Night 119’s host city of Sao Paulo a “dump”, and referring to Brazilian fans as “filthy animals”, Colby Covington has issued a flippant, backhanded apology.
Covington, who made the comments after he earned a decision win over Demian Maia, recently posted the statement below:
