Conor McGregor Involved in Incident With Officials, After Jumping Cage at Bellator 187
By FCF Staff
Conor McGregor is in the news as a result of his actions at Bellator 187 today in Dublin, Ireland.
The UFC’s lightweight champ jumped the cage to congratulate his teammate Charlie Ward, after the latter scored a victory at the event. The bout’s official, Marc Goddard, intervened, and a visibly upset McGregor had to be restrained.
Goddard had words with McGregor last month at UFC Fight Night 118, when the latter moved around the outside of the Octagon to coach his teammate, Artem Lobov.
Additional footage TMZ Sports has obtained, appears to show McGregor swiping at an official, as he attempted to get back in the cage once again.
