Conor McGregor Says He’ll Fight Dustin Poirier, But Has Condition
By FCF Staff
Following renewed talk about Dustin Poirier and Conor McGregor fighting, the latter is reporting he’ll rematch the veteran, but with one condition.
Recently McGregor challenged Poirier to a charity match in Ireland, and the former interim champ agreed. Not long after, however, UFC President Dana White reported the promotion had sent out offers for McGregor – Poirier 2.
On Thursday, while responding to a tweet from Poirier, McGregor stated this.
Hello Dustin! I accepted the @ufc offer to fight you, but told them it must happen in 2020. I’m ready for Nov 21st, given that cards recent injury issues, as well as any of the December dates, the 12th and the 19th. I’ll also still donate the $500k to The Good Fight Foundation

ESPN’s Ariel Helwani is reporting that the UFC originally had January 23rd targeted for McGregor – Poirier 2.
The two fought before in 2014, at featherweight, and McGregor won the fight via first-round stoppage.
