Conor McGregor Tells UFC to “Cut The (BS)”, Rebook Bout With Nate Diaz
By FCF Staff
Conor McGregor hasn’t had much to say publicly in recent days, but now the UFC’s featherweight champ has sent the promotion a brief, but direct comment.
McGregor will no longer fight Nate Diaz at UFC 200 as scheduled, after he refused to attend all the promotional obligations the promotion had planned for the card. More recently, UFC President Dana White has insisted that McGregor will not fight at UFC 200, and that the earliest the fighter could compete is UFC 201 in August.
On Sunday, McGregor made the following comment via Instagram:
Diaz and McGregor fought at UFC 196 in March, and the latter lost the welterweight contest via submission. Since Diaz – McGregor II was pulled from UFC 200, Daniel Cormier – Jon Jones II was booked for the main event.
