Despite Twitter Campaign For Mark Hunt, Alistair Overeem-Junior dos Santos Bout Likely Taking Place in Summer

Despite a Twitter campaign from fans to have Mark Hunt step in for the injured Alistair Overeem and fight Junior dos Santos at UFC 160, it appears as though the original match-up will be postponed until summer.
UFC President Dana White responded to a fan’s plea, to have Hunt faceoff with dos Santos at the upcoming May 25th card, by tweeting “not lookin good. Cigano vs Overeem in the summer”.
News surfaced late yesterday that Overeem has been forced off the UFC 160 card due to an undisclosed injury, which prompted some fans to call for Hunt as a replacement.
The feared striker and veteran kickboxer, who is coming off a third round, stoppage win over Stefan Struve at last weekend’s UFC on FUEL TV card, responded by tweeting:
I want in troops and only the boss@danawhite can make it happen lets go army ATTACK the general wants in on this fight
The victory was Hunt’s fourth in a row.
UFC 160 will be hosted by the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, and will feature heavyweight champ Cain Velasquez versus Antonio Silva in the main event.
