Donald Cerrone – Mike Perry Bout Reportedly Set
By FCF Staff
Donald Cerrone has talked about returning to the lightweight division, but it looks like the veteran fighter is set to face dangerous welterweight, Mike Perry next.
Recently ESPN’s Brett Okamoto reported that Dana White has confirmed Cerrone and Perry will fight at the UFC’s November 10th card in Denver.
Cerrone (33-11) competed at UFC Fight Night 132 in June, and lost via decision to rising welterweight, Leon Edwards. It was “Cowboy’s” fourth defeat in his last five bouts.
Perry (12-3) fought at UFC 226 earlier this month, and ended a two fight losing streak by earning a split decision win over Paul Felder. Perry is 3-2 in his last 5 contests.
