Doo Ho Choi Booked For UFC Return
By FCF Staff
Doo Ho Choi has taken a big step towards fighting for the first time in three years, as recently the UFC announced the South Korean fighter’s next bout.
Choi (11-4) hasn’t competed since December, 2019, when he was stopped by Charles Jourdain. The loss was the featherweight’s third straight, after Choi had won 12 in a row. The latter was booked to fight Danny Chavez in 2021, but an injury forced Choi to withdraw.
The UFC has announced that Choi will take on Kyle Nelson (13-5) at the promotion’s February 4th card in Las Vegas.
The Canadian is also looking to get back on track, after dropping back-t0-back losses to Billy Quarantillo and Jai Herbert.
